Tender description

This contract is for development proposals for Station Approach in Stafford. The development proposals consist of *New block paving surfaces at the station entrance and footways immediately surrounding the canopy. *New asphalt surface to the proposed drop off area. * New granite kerbs. * Increased island refuge area for the pedestrian crossing. * All other surfaces to have local repairs undertaken only, including the removal of existing road markings and new markings applied. * Existing bollards to the north are to be removed. New street furniture is proposed in order to comply with access requirements. * A greater number of accessible bays are provided and are located close to the station.
