Tender description

The works comprise of : 1) removing the existing profile metal cladding panels and installing new insulated cladding panels. 2) the removal and replacement of the existing Air Handling Unit and all associated works including the replacement of a section of roof where the existing AHU is located. Note the principle Contractor will also responsible for any scaffold design for access to the roof, crane lifting plans etc and all temporary support work if required to maintain the structural integrity of the existing School building.
