The works are to be known as Cyber Innovations Academy - J Block refurbishment The University wishes to carry out a refurbishment of a building known as J Block into a series of teaching spaces, Cyber Escape rooms, briefing room and associated spaces to deliver the Cyber Innovations Academy. Working within a controlled live environment the brief description of the work packages are as follows. 1. Reconfiguration of internal spaces to facilitate new layouts 2. A mechanical upgrade to improve air management & quality as per detailed specification 3. Full electrical installation to the refurbished areas as per detailed specification 4. Refurbishment as per architectural plans, to include, flooring, partitions, decoration
