Tender description
This tender process is for participation in the Contract for roof repairs/renewal at Lochmaben Community Centre. - This building has structural issues with the existing timber trusses and requires substantial repairs or complete replacement of the pitched roof. The pitched roof construction is currently refabricated timber trusses at 600mm c/c with site built infill timbers, sarking finished with concrete interlocking roof tiles. - Proposals to be considered regarding new lightweight roof finish and extent of repairs/replacement. - New rainwater goods - Temporary removal of plant then reinstate
