The Board of Management of St. Seton’s Secondary School (the Contracting Authority) intends to appoint a Works Contractor for toilet upgrades, alterations and refurbishment of the existing school building, 10 Le Fanu Rd, Drumfinn, Dublin 10. Upgrade works to the existing school which form part of the scope include, but not limited to, the following: • upgrades to toilet and sanitary facilities, • upgrades / replacement of underground drainage infrastructure within the building footprint and external to the building, • associated alterations and fit-out of toilet and sanitary accommodation, • associated ventilation and M&E, • replacement of classroom doors and cross corridor smoke control doors with 30 minute and 60 minute certified door sets, • upgrades to fire safety systems and live safety systems, • asbestos treatment & removal, • all associated related works. It is intended for the works to take place during the summer recess 2023 in order to be completed by 1st September 2023 in advance of the 2023/24 academic term. Delivery of the project may be phased in order to maintain the existing school in operation in situ during construction.
