Request for Information - C1170 Water and Wastewater Network Maintenance and Associated Services

Tender description

This RFI is a market enquiry to identify and engage with potential suppliers who either currently deliver water and sewer network maintenance services or who are interested in delivering these services in the future to NI Water. NI Water are also interested in receiving feedback and developing our understanding from the market on the different experiences, approaches and models used in other sectors / utilities for Network Maintenance Services. . In addition to the RFI, NI Water also plan to hold supplier engagement meetings in June 2023 and an expression of interest for these meetings can be made by completing and returning the RFI Questionnaire. Details of the meetings will be issued in due course following the responses received from the RFI. . The RFI Questionnaire and accompanying information document are currently available and you can request a copy via email at sourcing@niwater.com, FAO Keith Watson or Manus O’Kane. The RFI Questionnaire is to be completed and returned no later than 5.00pm on Thursday 8th June 2023. . SUPPLIER PRESENTATION: NI Water are holding a Supplier Presentation Session on Friday 9th June 2023 from 10.00-12.00 at the following location: Lakeview Room 3 Craigavon Civic & Conference Centre Lakeview Road Craigavon Co Armagh BT64 1AL Suppliers can register their interest in attending this Supplier Presentation and confirm attendees by submitting an email to sourcing@niwater.com FAO Keith Watson or Manus O’Kane with contact names, company position and accompanying email address. Lot 1: An analysis of any subsequent RFI Questionnaire responses and supplier engagement meetings may be used to select the best procurement strategy to deliver this service in the future. . The tender may be split into Lots following the outcome of the supplier engagement sessions and once NI Water have finalised the procurement and contract strategy. The subsequent Contract Notice will provide more details on Lots, Contract duration and value once confirmed. . Procurement for this new Contract will be the Negotiated Procedure to include PQQ, Tender and BAFO Stages.
