The Bernicia Group are looking to procure the services of a competent contractor to undertake structural remediation as per engineers design drawings to a residential dwelling in Gateshead. The property is 9 Clayton Terrace, Gateshead. The contractor will be required to provide new lateral restraints to the inner face of the bulging gable end wall, carefully demolishing the external face of the wall and rebuilding safely in stone as per the engineers design drawings.
