Tender description

Tai Tarian is seeking to engage a contractor with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and are able to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates. The contract will be awarded in 2 phases, the initial phase (1) will be valued at approximately 270000.00 GBP The overall anticipated total value of this contract is expected to be in the region of 900000.00 GBP over the entire length of the contract and, take approximatly.18 months to complete. Phase 2 will consist of a design and structural survey element, to continue and complete Phase 2. For the sake of tender purposes phase 1 of the tender will be evaluated on the initial 48no, properties. And on a 60/40 price quality basis. Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint 1 (one) Contractor to carry out these works. Works involve replacement of defective external works such as walling, fencing and paving. Prices submitted in the Priced Schedule(s) (Appendix 2) are to be fixed for the duration of Phase 1 of the contract.
