Tender description

The filled ground under the concrete slab has settled causing an uneven level. This is causing a hazard. It is recommended to level the slab using resin injection technology. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in May 2023 and will run for a period of 2 weeks making the expiry date May 2023. Bidders are advised that the budget available for the provision of this contract is between £80,000 and £95,000. The Council has undertaken a robust costing exercise and is confident this value range is achievable. It is therefore expected that submissions are received within this affordability envelope.
