Renovations at Old Boys School at Tulla, Co. Clare for the 12th Clare Tulla Scouts Group. The works are to be completed and certified substantially complete by the end of November 2023. The rear classroom will be vacant from the 26th June to 1st September 2023. Consequently, the re-roofing works will have to be completed by the 30th August 2023. Thereafter, safe access and egress for the children and teachers of the Creche in the rear classroom will have to be along the passageway at the left-hand side and arranged, put in place and maintained by the contractor. Refer to the works requirements for the nature and extent of the Works.
