Hospital Close Phase 1 & 2

Tender description

Leicester City Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise (SMT) to gather information, ascertain the level of interest and determine the procurement approach the Authority may take for the refurbishment and redevelopment of 135nr existing dwellings at Hospital Close, Leicester. The works will be procured in two separate but distinct phases and awarded under two separate contracts. Phase 1 comprising 35nr family sized dwellings including associated external works and Phase 2 comprising the remaining 100 nr multi-occupancy dwellings made up of flat/maisonette blocks including associated external works.
