Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint One Contractor to undertake works to Walls, Fencing, Paths, Clearance and Miscellaneous Associated Works which could include re-positioning existing boundaries and creating new boundaries. The contractor is required to provide prices via the individual property schedules and a schedule of rates to carry out external works to the front and rear gardens works as per the drawings & schedules attached to this tender: It is anticipated that there will be between 10 No, properties in the programme, all to be completed by 31st March 2023.
