Tender description

The project comprises the upgrading of a play area to include SMA surface, including kerbs, aco-drains, steps ramps and handrails as required. The contract drawings show the extent of the work which includes:- 1. Removal and disposal of the existing play area surface, and all other necessary work to leave the site suitable for the SMA surface. 2. Include for the replacing all kerbs, installing aco-drains, steps, ramps and handrails. 3. The Main Contractor will be appointed as Project Supervisor (Construction Stage) in Health and Safety matters. 4. All other works necessary for the proper completion of the project whether or not expressly stated in the contract documents Lot 93804: Upgrading of Existing Middle Play Area at Scoil Mhuire na Trócaire, Hale Street, Ardee, County Louth You are invited to submit a fixed price lump sum tender for the works described in the documents listed. A hardcopy of your Form of Tender, Programme of Works, C2, Insurances and Detailed Tender Breakdown should be enclosed in an envelope clearly marked “Scoil Mhuire na Trócaire Tender” and should be returned to Mr. Colm Lennon, Finegan & Jackson, The Stables, Drumconrath Road, Carrickmacross, County Monaghan, before Monday, 20th July 2015 at 12 Noon.
