TfL, on behalf of the GLA, commenced a procurement process to appoint a development partner for the GLAP site at the North Middlesex University Hospital. The North Middlesex University Hospital Site is a circa 1. 77-hectare brownfield site, located on the North Middlesex University Hospital site in Upper Edmonton, within the London Borough of Enfield. GLAP is now contracted with a development partner with suitable capacity, experience, and resources to design and deliver a residential-led development that incorporates a 3,000m2 new office space to be leased back to the NHS Trust. Lot 1: TfL, on behalf of the GLA, has concluded a procurement process and have awarded to a development partner (Countryside) for the GLAP site at the North Middlesex University Hospital. The North Middlesex University Hospital Site is a circa 1.77-hectare brownfield site, located on the North Middlesex University Hospital site in Upper Edmonton, within the London Borough of Enfield.
