The following is a summary of the works required. 1. Extend existing footpaths to provide level access to all external doors. 2. Provide level access to the basketball court. 3. Replace the existing entrance lobby doors with automatic sliding doors. 4. Re-arrange the existing disabled car parking area. 5. Electrical, fire alarm, intruder alarm and automatic door alterations are the responsibility of the main Contractor. The latter will engage suitably qualified domestic sub-contractors who are capable of design and installation of the above services 6. The Main Contractor will be appointed as Project Supervisor (Construction Stage) in Health and Safety matters. 7.
