Tender description

The contract drawings show the extent of the work which includes:- 1. Proposed resurfacing of an existing car park, circa 2,062 sq.m. This work will also include replacement and realignment of precast concrete kerbing including additional car parking spaces, installation of a new storm drainage system including petrol/oil interceptor, thermoplastic road markings, external CCTV system, realignment of existing entrance walls, and installation of a cycle shelter 2. Storm drainage works, electrical, CCTV and the like are the responsibility of the main Contractor. The latter will engage suitably qualified domestic sub- contractors who are capable of design and installation of the above services. 3. The Main Contractor will be appointed as Project Supervisor (Construction Stage) in Health and Safety matters. 4. All other works necessary for the proper completion of the project whether or not expressly stated in the contract documents Lot 93590: Proposed Resurfacing of an Existing Car Park at Latnamard National School, Smithborough, County Monaghan. You are invited to submit a fixed price lump sum tender for the works described in the attached tender documents. A hardcopy of your Form of Tender, Programme of Works, C2, Insurances and Detailed Tender Breakdown should be enclosed in an envelope clearly marked “Latnamard National School Tender” and should be returned to Mr. Colm Lennon, Finegan & Jackson, The Stables, Drumconrath Road, Carrickmacross, County Monaghan, before Friday, 10th July 2015 at 12 Noon
