1. Construct a single storey, classroom extension with associated circulation space, stores and toilet facilities to the side of the existing school building. Substructure to include concrete piles and ring beam foundations. Site works will include constructing a temporary road entrance and site access for construction traffic, connection to the mains foul and storm sewer, and all other associated site works
