Dear Sir/Madam, The proposed upgrades and alternations are to be completed in order to upgrade the existing community centre and improve the existing facilities for the users. Works are to include; building up various openings between all-purpose areas, the provision of toilets, the replacement of windows, doors and rainwater goods, additional insulation, minor electrical works and the upgrading of the heating and ventilation system.
