Tender description

The works are to take place on the Ground Floor to all of the small rooms located directly off the main reception and corridor areas. Works are to include the upgrading of fixtures, fittings and decorations in the main office, canteen, reception, massage room, toilets, changing rooms, shower areas, stores and sauna and these include minor electrical and mechanical works also.
