Gravitational Wave 2 (Refurb of existing space into a Lab)

Tender description

Demolition and full refurbishment of existing music studio lab (Lab 3) in basement of Queens North (rooms N-1.24, N-1,25, N-1.26A, N-1,26B, N-1.27) to create Gravitational Wave Laboratory complete with clean room lab facility with storage and change facilities and dedicated plant area (now planned for the roof) and reprovision of milling machine room which will need to be relocated. Spaces are to be highly serviced with small power and data outlets and a filtered and positively pressurised ventilation system to maintain a stable, clean and sterile environment.
