Environmental Works - Responsive Repairs & Void Properties

Tender description

Unitas are looking to appoint two contractors to carry out environmental works for the responsive repairs and void properties section of the business. The works include but are not limited to fencing, drainage works, works to boundary works and other general brickwork items. The works will be allocated using the cascading method, which means that the contractor who is in first place following the tender evaluation will get all available works until they are at full capacity, then the contractor in second place will be utilised. This opportunity will be evaluated based on MEAT and the split is 60% price, 15% technical and 25% CSR (corporate social responsibility). The contract period will be for 4 years commencing in April 2023. Full details are available via Pro Contract tendering portal.
