Demolition of 9.5m2 of single storey extension, located to the rear of the Novitiate (Management House); Removal of internal lift enclosure and landings from the modern Proby House atrium, serving The Novitiate; Removal of selected internal partition walls, fittings and services and reinstatement of existing Level 1 opening within the Novitiate; Change of Use from educational to dining/servery use at first floor (Level 2) of Liquori House; Change of Use from student residential accommodation to educational and dining use at first and second floor levels (Levels 2 and 4) of The Novitiate; Construction of new 5.5m2 external lift enclosure adjoining the rear of Proby House atrium serving The Novitiate, with new first floor level stair connection across atrium to Liguori House; Construction of new 9.5m2 single storey lobby/office extension adjoining Proby House residences to the rear of The Novitiate; Refurbishment and alterations to Liguori House at first floor level (Level 2) to include new opening in lobby wall and provision of a new servery and dining area with associated mechanical/electrical services and other minor alterations; Refurbishment and alterations to three floor levels of The Novitiate (Management House) for new educational and ancillary office/dining spaces including minor structural upgrades, new partitions, sanitary provisions and upgrading of fire and acoustic linings to floors, walls and ceilings and associated mechanical/electrical services; Associated minor external drainage and services alterations adjacent to The Novitiate (Management House) and Proby House residences together with minor site works and landscaping and amendments to existing external lighting.
