Invitation to Tender 2 No. Temporary classrooms at St Francis’s National School, Blackrock, Dundalk, Co. Louth. The provision of 2 No. new temporary classrooms (rental or purchase options) and all ancillary site works, foundations, connections to existing services, making good and associated works at St Francis’s National School, Blackrock, Dundalk, Co. Louth. Tenderers are to note that the client requires two options to be priced, a price for rental of the units including all ancillary site works and a price for outright purchase (without any rental) of the units including all ancillary site works. Both options will be assessed independent of each other on lowest price however only one option will be awarded, and it is not clear at this juncture which option this will be and will be subject to Department of Education review and approval.
