Proposed development of the RSPB’s site at Loch Lomond, comprising an operational building with staff accommodation, public WC’s, visitor engagement zones, footpath expansion, and car parking along with all necessary utilities connections and building services. It is our intention to appoint a fully integrated Design Team with suitable knowledge and experience and appropriate professional and regulatory body memberships required, to develop a suitable solution to this brief and thereafter to coordinate and manage the delivery and construction of a fully operational and successful development that fulfils the requirements and functionality as stated herein.
