Tender description

The pier walkway building comprises a Grade A listed steel framed structure, clad in timber panelling, cantilevered over Wemyss Bay pier and built off of timber sleepers, supported by a combination of timber and concrete piers/beams. The works required are external redecoration and timber repairs of various external panelled bays, localised glazing repairs, primarily to the glazed rooflights of the listed walkway and drainage works to connect pier facilities to the main sewer system at the top of the walkway, in order to comply with SEPA regulations
