Tender description

Wakefield Council is seeking to appoint suitable tenderers to sell ice cream and / or refreshments at FIVE designated Park sites for the period 17th May 2023 to 16th May 2024, with the option to extend for a further two 12-month periods. The maximum length of the Licence to Occupy could therefore be three years up to and including 16th May 2026. Tenderers will provide an annual cost for the Licence to Occupy a site and the contract will be awarded for each site to the tenderer whose proposal represents the highest bid.
