Tender description

The castle and farm buildings are suffering from serious decay as a result of lack of maintenance to roofs, valleys and rainwater goods and so works of a temporary nature are required to address this to stop further water ingress to help safeguard these important buildings. The works specified do not reflect those typically associated with a listed building but they are considered to be the minimal works necessary to address this urgent situation. The term of the contract shall be as soon as possible for 12 weeks for the Castle Works and 8 weeks for the Farm Works. The closing date for receipt of Quotes is 14:00Hrs on 31st March 2023.
