Tender description
Derry City and Strabane District Council is seeking to appoint a restricted list of suppliers for the respective bar operations in the Guildhall and Alley Arts and Conference Centre. This restricted list will be effective for a period of 3 years, subject to annual review. The Guildhall and Alley will utilise this short list to seek prices for the purchase of stock (including on site delivery) with selection based on a value for money assessment. In both the Alley and Guildhall stock purchase will be made on a weekly basis but on occasion there may be a requirement for an emergency supply. It is envisaged that there will be a minimum of 3 suppliers on the restricted list for each lot. Please refer to the CfT documents for further detail.
