Mary Immaculate College - Summer Works 2023 1) Consisting of renovation alteration works to Summerville house; 2) Art Studio Roof refurbishment works; 3) G70 Roof Refurbishment works works; 4) An Tailteann Lighting works; The works are to be carried out within the grounds of a live / populated campus within a constrained working environment. While parts of the existing building will be occupied by the Client and no interruption to the Clients operations will be entertained. The Contractor shall schedule and sequence the works to facilitate the Clients operation as clearly set out in the Tender Documents.
