Major Adaptations and Improvement Works 2023 - 2027. The name of this Project is: The provision of major adaptations and improvement schemes (incorporating bath-out-shower-in and level access shower works). The works covers 120,000 domestic properties (of all tenure; council, private owner occupied/rented and Housing Association) across the entire Sandwell Metropolitan Borough. The tenderers’ attention is specifically drawn to the fact that these properties will in nearly all cases be occupied throughout the period of the contract.
