GLLM Dolgellau Remodelling and Replacement Floor 2023

Tender description

Grŵp Llandrillo Menai is looking for a contractor to undertake the remodelling of existing workshop space at Dolgellau Campus LL40 1UU and the creation of two new rooms at first floor level to accommodate a classroom and workshop/lab. The works are necessary to improve the student facilities and provide additional space essential for curriculum delivery and to offer the best available space for staff and learners. Works will need to be undertaken during the College shutdown period over the summer period, further clarification is within the Tender pack.
