Tender description

The works consist of creating a new overspill car park using grass crete in an existing grassed area located within Sewerby Hall Car Park. Works will involve the excavation of the existing grassed area, installation of a Steescape edging to the perimeter, importing of type 3 stone and finally the Grass-crete paving system. They grids will be infilled with topsoil and seeded.
