Tender description

Lymm Parish Council invites tenders for roof and associated works for Phase 1 of the village hall capital project. Lymm Village Hall is situated in the heart of the village which is also a Conservation Area. The original hall has seen two major extensions over its lifespan. The older of these includes a flat roof area and the newer development was opened in 2000. This project involves the replacement of the original roof only. Tenders are invited for both rosemary tile and slate tile replacements. The cost and start dates form part of the tender application process. Additional information: All applications must be sent in an enveloped provided by the Clerk. Please request one asap if submitting an application.
