Residential Void Property Works

Wokingham Borough Council are inviting tenders for the provision of Residential Void Property Works. Residential void properties are Council domestic dwellings that have been vacated by tenants and normally require various refurbishment works, that may include but is not limited to; necessary repair and/or refurbishment works, clearance, cleaning, furnishing, white goods and garden works to ensure properties meet Wokingham Borough Council`s re-let standard and are made suitable for re-letting. The objective of void works is to make our void properties safe, clean, and presentable so they are offered in a habitable condition for the next tenant to move into.
