Mechanical Subcontractors (Reserved Specialists to the Main Appointed Contractor) for mechanical installation for multistorey extension including a PE hall c.7,900m2, with demolition, reconfiguration and refurbishment to the existing school buildings, complete with ballcourts, carparking, roadworks, landscaping and all associated siteworks. The project will be phased, requiring the relocation of existing temporary accommodation and the provision of new temporary accommodation for the duration of construction. Reserved Specialists are being pre-selected and procured separately from the Main Contract and when procured will enter into contract with the Main Contractor.
