DCC wish to appoint a supplier to construct an access, cycleway, new access and car park to enable the redundant landfill site to be opened to the public as a Country Park. Works will include; - Improve existing junction onto highway. - Construct Cycleway. - Construct new access road. - Construct new access into Country Park (redundant landfill site). - Car park construction.
