Tender description

The development works consists of: 1.) Condition survey of adjoining property prior to works commencing 2.) Set up site hoarding and compound. 3.) The removal of all external doors and windows. 4.) The removal of all wall and roof cladding, cladding rails and purlins. 5.) Weatherproof adjoining building for duration of works to prevent water, weather ingress. 6.) Demolition of internal stud and masonry walls. 7.) Forming of new openings, enlarging openings in external and internal walls. 8.) Remedial steel along party wall at ground and first floor. 9.) Intermediate columns at ground floor level under steel beams to first floor. 10.) Install new wall cladding, cladding rails and tophats. Flash to adjoining building. 11.) Install new roof cladding, rooflights and guttering. Flash to adjoining building. 12.) Install new rainwater downpipes from gutters. 13.) Construct new toilet block, new stairwell, lift shaft and offices using masonry and metal studs. 14.) Service connections to existing foul and storm water drainage network and watermains. 15.) Service connections to existing electricity, gas and broadband infrastructure. 16.) New concrete footpath surround to building with associated ramps, steps, handrails etc. 17.) External landscaping. 18.) Re-surfacing, lining and signage of car parking area. 19.) Upon completion making good any damage to existing tarmacadam car park, line marking etc. outside the site 20.)
