Grŵp Llandrillo Menai is looking for a contractor to undertake refurbishment and reconfiguration works of its toilet facilities and alterations to office accommodation in the Rhyl Campus, North Wales LL18 4HG The works are necessary to improve the toilet provision to modernise, provide unisex facilities together with a high dependency changing places washroom. Works are also required to provide some additional office space and reconfigure existing space. The current facilities have not been updated since the late 1970’s/80’s and need modernising.
