GLLM Changing Rooms Alteration Rhos-on-Sea

Grŵp Llandrillo Menai is looking for a contractor to undertake refurbishment and reconfiguration works of its Changing rooms in its Sports Centre on the Rhos On Sea Campus, North Wales, LL28 4HZ. The works are necessary to improve the changing facilities and provide improved layouts, accessible facilities and a high dependency changing places washroom. The current facilities have not been updated since the late 1990’s and need modernising. Works have commenced for the installation of a new lift which has taken a portion of the existing changing room and also necessitates the reconfiguration works.
