For information only this was awarded as a further competition against Crown Commercial services RM3808 lot 10 The Authority requires a Video and Audio-conferencing solution to be implemented for its new London head office based at Verulam Gardens, 70 Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8NH. The solution will accommodate Video and Audio-conferencing facilities for two spaces in its head office. . Following a review, to be conducted alongside this tender, the Authority may choose to re-instate Video and Audio-conferencing facilities at one or more of its other office locations in addition to the London head office. Please note spend level is not guaranteed. it is anticipated year 1 charges will be £58752.50 excluding VAT. Cafcass has the option add any additional sites and equipment where needed to a maximum contract value of £200,000 including VAT.
