Framework Agreement for Servicing & Repairs to Air Conditioning, AHU’s & Chillers

2 Years work on the servicing & emergency repairs to Air Conditioning (including Ground & Air Source heat pumps), Air Handling Units & Chillers installed in 99 public buildings throughout Fife and also 42 Ground and Air Source heat pumps installed in domestic Council houses. The properties include schools, offices, museums, libraries, sports/leisure centres and domestic housing stock. Lot 1: The requirement is for a Certified Company to carry out the servicing and emergency repairs to Air Conditioning, Ground & Air Source heat pumps, Air Handling equipment and Chillers installed in 99 Public buildings throughout Fife (including schools, offices, leisure/sports centres, libraries, museums etc). The contract also covers Ground & Air source heat pumps in 42 domestic Council houses. The contract includes the provision of a 24/7 365 days per annum call out service for emergency repairs with a 1.5 site attendance response time for critical emergencies, 4 hour response time for rapid response repairs and 24 hour response for routine repairs - the required response times are specified by Fife Council.
