<p>The objective of this ITT is to identify a contractor that has the relevant experience, skillset &amp; capacity to design and build the new facilities.</p> <p>The new Industrialisation Analysis laboratory Area will enable UK BIC to conduct Quality Control checks on materials/products manufactured and will consist of the below rooms&nbsp;</p> <p> • Forensics (FOR)</p> <p>• Characterisation (CHAR)</p> <p>• Coating and Assembly (CAA)</p> <p>• Chemical and Physical Processing (CPPRO)</p> <p>• Electrochemistry (ELC)</p> <p>• Support Office (SO)c</p> <p>The design of IAL has been developed to RIBA Stage 3 and all associated drawings and specifications are included within the tender pack and will be procured on a single stage design and build basis.</p> Keywords: Research & Development, Construction, Laboratory
