Tender description
Kilkenny County Council intends to form three panels of property valuers for a 2 year term (with the option to extend for a further 12 months, from which they will use the services of a suitably qualified and experienced property valuer under a Framework Agreement. The property services required are set under three separate lots which are as follows;- LOT 1: RESIDENTIAL VALUATIONS/SERVICES LOT 2: CPO/COMPULSORY ACQUISITION LOT 3: DERELICT SITES VALUATIONS
