<p>Unitas are looking to appoint Subcontractors to carry out various works to 17 properties within the Hilton &amp; Lodge Road area of Stoke-on-Trent.</p> <p>The works are separated out into 8 individual lots as follows;</p> <p>LOT 1 Asbestos Removal</p> <p>LOT 2 General Builder</p> <p>LOT 3 Roofing Works</p> <p>LOT 4 Electrical</p> <p>LOT 5 Scaffolding</p> <p>LOT 6 Kitchen renewals</p> <p>LOT 7 Bathroom renewals</p> <p>LOT 8 Post completion clean</p> <p>Unitas will be assuming the role of Principal Contractor on this project and the appointed Subcontractors will carry out the works under Unitas's overall supervision.</p> <p>The anticipated contract duration is 26.6 weeks. The works are to be completed in two sections as follows; Section 1 - start date 23/08/2023, finish 06/03/2024, duration 26.6 weeks Section 2 - start date 02/10/2023, finish 19/02/2024, duration 18.8 weeks.</p> <p>The works will be awarded based on MEAT evaluation &amp; the split is 60% price, 35% technical and 5% CSR.</p> Keywords: Construction
