BSH/HRA/Communal Minor Works Framework

Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified contractors to a framework agreement for the provision of Communal Minor Works and Repairs in Bristol. The works will be carried out within a wide range of the Councils housing stock (both vacant and occupied properties) and other nominated domestic dwellings. The framework will be managed by Housing & Landlord Services. Lot 1: Lot 1: Small Works This lot will consist of one (1) Contractor only. The highest scoring bidder for this lot will be appointed to this Lot. Pricing shall be based on a Schedule of Rates (SoR) submitted during the tender period. Works will be awarded under this lot as a direct award. Lot 2: Lot 2: All Other Works This lot shall include up to three (3) Contractors. The top three scoring bidders for this lot will be appointed to this lot. Works will be awarded utilising a mini competition. Pricing will be submitted at the mini competition stage.
