ATU Killybegs Refurbishment Works Phase 3b - Summer Works 2023

Tender description

The project comprises both external and internal refurbishment works to Millennium and Tourism buildings together with external site works to improve disabled access and renew existing rear access road surface. Internal remedial passive fire safety measures will include compartmentation works, replacement of fire doors and extract ductwork. The works will be undertaken in 'live' educational campus environment where existing client body operations must be maintained operational and all client personnel and property must be protected from construction activity.
