Tender description
Leeds City Council has a requirement for electrical contractors to rewire some of CPM managed properties on multiple locations. These are 4-5 beds semi-detached properties that will be unoccupied at the time of the works. The contractor is to make an allowance to make good all decorations and reinstatement works and should provide a cost for adequate welfare facilities during the programmed works. The expected date of commencement will be the 5th June. One property will be completed at a time only.
