GB-Southend: Centre Place Office Remodelling Works

Tender description

Estuary Housing Association is proposing to rationalise its office accommodation, to vacate its head office at Maitland House this Summer and use Centre Place on the Woodgrange Drive Estate, Southend, as its main hub. Estuary intends to appoint a single contractor to undertake the remodelling project. There is a maximum window of nine weeks to complete the works which must be completed by w/c 21st July 2023. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
