GB-Middlesbrough: Library Ground Floor Refurbishment

Tender description

Refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Library Ground Floor. The works comprise internal and external alterations to the existing Library Ground Floor. This includes but is not limited to creation of a new café area including internal seating and enclosed external seating area, new staff and student rooms/areas and refurbishment of existing walls, floor and ceiling finishes, electrical and mechanical services installations and drainage alterations. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
