Creation of Changing Room at Burley St Matthias Primary School

Tender description

The project is for changing a previous storeroom into a new changing room with a primary school. The scope of the work involves: • Extend stud wall to ceiling, incorporate glazing and insulating the partition wall. • Re-routing the heating pipework. • Installing a new wash hand basin, drainage to connect to existing exterior drains. • Floor to be removed and covered with Altro or equal and approved. • Damp on the wall to be treated • An additional LED lights to be installed. • All visible pipework to be boxed in. • Walls to be cladded with whiterock • Plaster and decoration to the storeroom and damp effected wall. • New timber architrave to inside double doors The works are to be carried out at: Burley St Matthias Burley Rd, Burley, Leeds LS4 2HY
